The topic on the Effect Of Both Parents In Workforce. Has being a major challenge in our children.
School Teachers alone can not do the work in training and raising today's children and there are all needs to bring in parents to participate in the course of training and raising children, no matter how busy they are at work. Parents need to know how their absents have affected their families and children.
Talking about parents bonding with their children
Considering the advantages and disadvantages of both parents in workforce, which makes it a personal decision which families can't live without either both.
ADVANTAGES
Financial speaking, both parents in workforce have reduce the worries of raising children and providing for them, sending them to best schools, pay families bills, less worry of bankruptcy when a parent loses his or her job, school fees, wardrobe bills and other general expenses are made less when both parents are in workforce.
Now creative minds are setting up ideas and solutions to root out the effect this issue have affected on our pupils, teenagers and families.
DISADVANTAGES
The effect of both parents in workforce, the children comes home to no parents supervision, no time and energy necessary to help their children to participate in extra curricular activities such as homework, access their performance in school, go through their children bags, check their books for corrections and to know whether if they are meeting up with fundamental subjects in school. Lacks of children to parents bonding leads to homeworks, assignments, and examinations malpractice, Child Abuse and Child trafficking, Teenagers to teenage pregnancies, and culturally activities in secondary schools and universities.
